Does anyone know when this movie will be released on DVD region 1 or region 2.Any rumors about extras,difference between regions?

There has definitely been talk of an upcoming SE for the U.S.A. I think I read this at Aintitcoolnews.
I'll get back to you if I find the article.

SE is a looooooong ways off as mucho restoration work is needed. Be out roughly the same time as Raiders of the Lost Ark.

At the moment the DVD of this is scheduled to come out in the UK late next year. I'm not sure what extra features are going to on it yet, found this out when i was talking to Warner Bros.

UK and USA work to different release schedules though. At the momet Warners UK are also putting together Deer Hunter and Wicker Man for a Spring release next year. With OUATIA the dates could change due to it being so far off.
