DVD Cleaner with sound and video setup

Saw a ROSS DVD cleaner ad my Local ASDA priced at £7.98, it also includes test material that will help you setup your picture and sound.

The question is has anyone used this and is it any good ? or are there better ones out there? Cheers :confused:
