I was looking at the next one up model at £90, but is it a decent PDA or not?

Really after a Windows powered PPC though :(

OK just read up on this, heard it is similar to the Tungsten E which I was also looking at purchasing. Can only listen to MP3s with a Sony stick, but it is either this or a £180+ iPaq, so I think I will risk a purchase

it is my first Pda ,so can't advice on this much compare to others. But the screen is the same as the Sony high end hi-res display which is excellent. The hot sync funtion is really easy to use.Download data is simple and quick.Found loads of palm softwares from the net and they work with this pda with no problems.

I doubt I would listen to MP3s on a PDA, would rather buy a iPod but the facility is there if you need it I suppose, I haven't heard anything bad about the 'expensive model' screen and yes I have heard the stylus is like a matchstick but can't you get those fancy pens that can act like stylus?

Decisions, decisions! Theres always a popular Internet auction site you could resell it on if you didn't like it  (Or you could return it to Argos, I don't think these are excluded from the 16 day guarantee?)

the screen is the high resolution .(it has a sticker on the pda to comfirm it)
Not really bothered about mp3 as i got a 256 mb player anyway.
The stylus is a bit on the thin side but it works fine and it will works with any stylus or even tip of a pen and also finger tip.

I've read no WiFi, I wasn't expecting this on a entry level PDA though

Wahey!

I just remembered there is software available for the Palm platform that lets you use the PDA as a remote control

Thanks to the OP for this one!

I was so shocked by the argos bargain on the higher spec model I went and bought one.

Just gotta work out what exactly i need it for :)
