Hi..

Does anyone have a GBA and flash cart?

I am getting the 256Mb GBA MAGIC FLASH Cart (LPT1 version) £38 off ebay. which is cheap.

Has anyone got this? What software options do you have?

My USB flash cart takes an age to upload - god knows how long a parallel port version would take.. :nuts:

These cartridges are not console mods. Whilst they have the ability to be used for piracy, that is not their main purpose - it you check the internet, there is a thriving homebrew software development scene for the GBA, thanks mainly due to these existence of these devices.

I accept they can be used for piracy, but then so can video recorders, iPods, CD/DVD Burners etc ... so if you ban discussion on these GBA devices, then surely talk on on any other device that could be used for piracy must also be banned.
