Techchronics have a history of being <u>extremely</u> shoddy to their customers when it comes to aftersales.

When I say bad I mean BAD. I won't go over what they've done to people but if you go to Google (http://groups.google.co.uk/groups?hl=en&group=uk.media.dvd) and type in 'techtronics' 'techtronics liars' or 'techtronics threats' -you'll get a taste.

They even had a go at me the ************.

You'll find them mentioned too in the Suppliers' Forum.

Went for this magazine to Whsmiths .... they didnt have it and also they didnt have the Cyberhome 528 DVD player .. what I did notice was a poster on the wall advertising the Cyberhome DVD player as Multiregion !!

I then went to Sainsburys and got this magazine from there .... you forgot to mention that they give my url before that of Techtronics excellent !!

According to the back page the magazine only went on sale today .. how did you get to page 90 already Bapapapa ?

Now going back to the point of this thread ... the NS400 can be made multiregion using a Sony Service remote and these are currently going for around £300 each ... no-one knows how to put this into a one for all remote ( well actually I do ) so you wont find this info public domain .. the upgrade isnt RCE comatible anyways so may aswell fit my two chips for auto region and RCE

Did you get it by mail ie a subscription ?? Seems it may be working anyway or else it's just the time of year .... It's only Wednesday and I've done 3 fitted upgrades this week already - all 3 were today in fact .... this is a record .. I've never had more than 2 players to upgrade in a week before .. thankfully the DIY chip side of the business is worthwhile :)
