View Full Version : Bedazzled cuts?
Just watched the R1 version of Bedazzled however I think the film was cut. In the trailer brendan fraser falls on his arse while still connected to his telephone, liz hurley is in a maids outfit and at one point she has a snake around her neck. I don't remember seeing any of these in the actual film. Did I blink and miss these clips or are they not in the final cut. If they're not, then surely I can sue 20th Century Fox for false advertising.
Where's the number for watchdog
:D :D :D
This happens with many films as trailers are put together while the film is in post production sometimes before the final cut of the film has been decided on.

yes - there is an 11 minute entire scene cut which you can access as an easter egg simply click here (http://www.dvdreview.com/html/hidden_features.shtml)
although the snake bit isnt there liz hurley in her french maid outfit is :)
I remember watching something about a missing wish and why it was cut, I thought it was on the extras on the R1 disc but I could be mistaken. (I know I've seen it somewhere).

it was cut because it would push the rating of the film up....but its an easter egg as I pointed out in my prev. post.

For info: On the R2 version it is not an Easter Egg, you can see the Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n Roll scene from the deleted scenes menu. The "F" word is constantly bleeped out on the R2 (although you can read Brendan Frasers lips perfectly as he says it so many times).
Is it bleeped out on the R1?
It wasn't on the disc it was in DVD Review
The Devil convinces Elliot that girls love a bad boy so he's transformed into a rock star, but typically it's far from perfect. he's Sid to Alisons Nancy and both of them neck pills and Jack Daniels backstage to the point where Elliott overdoses, is revived, then goes back on stage.
I wish I knew about the easter egg before I traded it.
