Sorry for another Ebay thread but I can't find any help for this at all on the Ebay site or FAQs.

A buyer has rather hastily left me negative feedback, my first ever neg so it's all a bit annoying. We have since exchanged a few emails and he's agreed that he was wrong to leave it as the fault was not mine and he's happy to leave a comment stating this. However, I noticed on the feedback page, there is a subheading that says "0 mutually withdrawn" which suggests there is some way of removing feedback if both parties agree to it. Any idea how to go about this?

Or is my only option to get his further comments stating the negative was incorrect?

Their A-Z help page (http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/index/F.html) is probably the most useful feature
