What is the difference between differently price digital quality cable ??

And before anyone says the dearer ones are better ... how are they better ?? And would I notice the difference if I am using a entry/mid-range amplifier ??

I bought a £4.14 one from Beyond Hifi for my digital satellite receiver and its great.

While the signal is in the digital domain, the quality of the cable virtually doesn't matter, this is the essential difference between analogue and digital. The quality of the cables only becomes an issue for the analogue signal between the amp and the speakers.
