The Beatles Cd was a big seller last Christmas. Surely the Movies would be a similar hit on DVD - especially "Let It Be" with the rooftop scene.

So why no imminent DVD release?

It was shown on UK TV many years ago- what has happened to it.

Is there a copyright problem?

As far as I know, Hard Days Night is being rereleased again. Can't seem to get a ship date on that though. Also, someone mentioned a copy for sale in Germany. I have been waiting for a review on that. I think it was at www.amazon.de

Like anything Beatles related, it always seems to be held up somewhere or another. I would jump at Let it Be and Hard Days night.

I'm pretty sure Magical Mystery Tour is out and I think I've seen Help too.

And of course Yellow Sub was reissued last year I think.

This is all Zone 1 except the German disc I mentioned.

Hello nrd and welcome to the forums :)

Beatles Collector's set available here (R1 only):

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/detail/-/dvd/B00004U0ZP/

and A Hard Days Night is also available - again R1.

If you have a DVD player that won't play R1 discs I would urge you to get it modified a.s.a.p. :)

Not aware of any release dates in the UK :(
