It sounds like the Cardigans, but I'm pretty sure it's not.

It's been driving me mad for ages and I'd like to either get hold of it or hear more from whoever it is.

Thanks for the list, I had a look myself and the song could be Ocean of Emotion or Ocean Love, but I'm not too sure. I'll have to see if I can find snippets of the songs on any websites.
