Windows XP service pack 1 problem!

Im trying to update XP to service pack 1, but a short time through the installation a window comes up with the following message:

The file d:\windows\system32\drivers\atapi.sys is open or in use by another application. Close all other apps and then click retry

I have looked and there are no other apps open at all, ive tried closing everything, but it still wont work! How can i get around this???

Do you have anything that creates virtual drives instaled ? things like Daemon Tools or Alcohol120% ? if you have uninstall them and try again

Thanks, sorted it out, i did need to uninstall Alcohol120
