"I ADMIRE YOUR COURAGE" what movie?

Need to know who spoke this piece of dialog and from what movie.The actor sounds just like Anthony Hopkins but it is not him.
Any help would be more than welcome.

A quick Google search later "Dr No" comes up, line spoken by none other than Mr Bond himself.... not sure how much Connery sounds like Hopkins though....

This wouldn't have anything to do with a certain show featuring Pimp Daddy Dog on a station named Viking FM by any chance??

If so the line is "I admire your bravery"
