anyone know if there's much difference between the German, Canadian and Australian versions? as far as i can tell they are the same.. or is there a better one somewhere else?

The Canadian version is awful. Full screen muck.

The Australian version seems pretty good but doesn't have DD5.1.

I have the German version and the only thing about it I don't like is the case as it's a super jewel thingie. Some people say the disc has a problem once or twice with lip synch and TBH I thought I saw a problem once -maybe I was looking too hard. Either way this disc has DD 5.1 and the picture looks great. If I was buying this disc again I'd go for the Oz disc cos it's cheaper and I don't really bother abother it having only DD2.0.

Quite brilliant mind boggling film at times. I loved it.

i think i will go for the Oz version. The german one is just €18 (£12) from dvdzone2, but i would prefer to use ezydvd as i know they have good service :) and i don't really care about the 5.1 soundtrack.
