If you do a search on the BBFC website, you'll see that a load of DVD stuff has been passed for Big Trouble', including moving menus and deleted scenes.
So it's certainly going to be out soon, if not before Christmas then shortly after.

Although of course if you have a multiregion DVD player, then there is no reason not to buy it right now! :D
