help : Nvidia wont output 2 displays at the same time

I have a 256mb fx5600 which for some bizarre reason now refues to output to My monitor and tv at the same time. Both displays are detected fine but i can only use one at a time. I have tried a different Nvidia card but it still does the same.

I've tried those driver removal tools which didnt work very well and reinstalled the latest drivers umpteen times but nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Im running XP pro with everything fully updated.

Haven't tried a TV output for ages so can't remember how much help NView is with Monitor and TV combo (or if it's any better now).

Already tried tv-tool. Never really liked it much but it didnt make any difference anyway. Still only allows me to output one at a time.
