Spanish DTS DVD Amores Perros - English subs on the extras?

I know the movie is subtitled, but is the extras also (especially the commentary like the UK and US release)?

Not checked the commentary but I can confirm that the music videos are so I would expect the commentary to be as well. At least that's the case for the R1 Canada version I have - which I presume is the same as the US release.
