Good, very good.

Nice image quality given the age, the sound is fine - the big bonus on the disks "The extras".

Some wonderful documentaries.

I am currently thinking of purchasing the second batch of disks released although these are not as good on quality, content or extras.

I've got the Creature from the Black Lagoon from the same series and it's absolutely superb.

How much would the set be from Amazon on GBP? I'm never certain about the shipping with Amazon. Whatever it is it will definately be a customs risk, might have a look at someone like ********* or DVDboxoffice.

Yes, it's a great set of disks. The quality of each of the DVDs is variable, but they are all reasonably good. I've reviewed 'Phantom Of The Opera' for DVDTimes (see my signature), the only colour disk in the set. All the other disks contain the same range of extras ie. excellent commentary, documentary trailers and stills gallery. Recommended.

Try to avoid Amazon. I purchased my set from there and it incurred a £12 custom charge which, fortunately, my postman forgot to collect. Try Barnes & Noble.
