Well, that’s 2.25 hours of my life I’m not getting back! Absolutely no redeeming features whatsoever, a half-assed Barry Lyndon-esque voice over (by the author) that even managed to kill the resonance of the original text, narrative going nowhere, and not in a hurry, etc, etc. More is required in a film than going to an exotic location and turning the camera 360 degrees. It did toy around with Ms Winger for a bit, but it really got to the stage where she was going to have to play with herself to liven things up.
