Getting rid of 'Program Screens' on start up..

How can I get rid of those program screens which appear then disappear as windows boots up?

Not sure what the technical term is for them but they just pop up to say that you are using a certain program e.g Popup Stopper, Windowsblinds etc

they are called splash screens and some programs have a disable option (you have to check the program options)
for some, eg : kerio firewall, you can download a disable patch
