Does anyone know anything about a dvd that they are supposed to be releasing?

I looked on Amazon and they had it named as'Instrument', which I think is the same as the vhs release.

Yes it is the same as the video with a few extras -
'Directed by Jem Cohen/Fugazi. 115 min. Color/Stereo. Project
covers 10 years- live footage, interviews, artifacts. DVD in
cludes three extra live tracks + two Jem Cohen short films.'
