multi region dvd player with the following specs?

Hi,
I'm looking for a dvd player for my Dad. It must be multi region, play NTSC as PAL 60, and have a decent zoom function.He has a 4:3 tv, and won't buy a widescreen, however , he hates the black bars top and bottom. The zoom on the Tosh 220 would have been perfect, unfortunately, it doesn't have the PAL 60 option.
Preferably a "name "player, although as long as it's reliable that isn't essential. Oh yes, and all of this for under £100 :D

I think most (if not all ) samsungs play pal 50. Altho If hes routing thru his video itll be affected with macrovision. Why not try a cheapy from Asda?

Cheers mate :thumbs: The main things concerning the zoom, is that he doesn't want an icon left on the screen (as my old Mico does) and he doesn't want it to zoom in too much (the Mico has a minimum zoom of *2). I suppose i could always try one, then return it if it's no good! :lol:
