Mods... please feel free to move this elsewhere as it's not strictly about AV-gear but more to do with our far superior hearing senses.

I went to an IMO car wash the other day & by chance "listened" to the car wash which proved to be aurally exciting!

I suggest next time you use one, turn the car audio off and listen.... sounds crazy, but if someone were to digitally record and mix into a DD or DTS track, you would get some mad speaker action in a complex pattern, certainly enough to challenge a good muli-channel audio system. And if a short segment were filmed, could this become a groovy DD or DTS intro for movies??!!

Saddest thing I ever read.

Jeez, my car's looking filthy, might just pop up the ol' car wash.

Generally yes though they lack ES and EX.

Although for the purists amongst us the old monaural ones are far far better.

The problem with my car is the drivers seat is positioned to the right and forward of my local car wash's 'sweetspot'.
I know the Maclaren F1 has a centrally located listening position, but it's a little out of my league. I was thinking of getting a moped and waterproofs but I'm worried the helmet will block effects from the rear.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a car that will let me get the best from my local SuperWash?

;)
