[GBA] Boktai - OK on an sp?

Has anyone played this? Does the solar sensor doodab work ok on a GBA SP? Or does it point in the wrong direction?

Thinking of picking a few GBA titles up for my hols, and have always fancied this one.

Not played it, but I would assume so seeing as Nintendo released a limited edition Boktai GBA SP.

Yeah, I have the Boktai SP with the game. Not really played it since it was in Jap but it seems OK.
