Simpsons S4 from Cd-Wow

Hi,

Has anyone received their copy yet?

Mine was shipped on 2nd June but still hasn't arrived. After a few emails CD-Wow! (UK) (http://tracker.tradedoubler.com/click?p=3128&a=60823&g=17349) have said that they are experiencing delays in large/expensive orders that were shipped at the begining of June and I should wait for another 4 days.

Hopefully, it's being bounced around europe so that i don't get a customs charge.

New system, box sets will take longer but you won't get hit by customs

Why is that if you don't mind me asking - I want to order the Batman set for £18.99 and wondered if the customs folk might grab it.

If i dont get hit by customs with the simpsons, i think i'll order the better tomorrow box set.

But back to my original question - anyone received their simpsons yet?

So is it confirmed that box sets are customs free?

If so then i'll probably order a couple from them, i can cope with the delay if i don't have to pay customs.

I was just about to email them about my Quantum Leap boxset which was posted on the 8th, so this would make it the 8th working day. I was begining to think customs had it but I will hold for a few days if they are trying a new method.

No sooner had I posted my copy of QL dropped on my desk without cistoms. Looks as though they may well have found a way round it or are paying the VAT as it has a stamp thats says VAT payed.

My copy of the simpsons arrived today - it took 16 days but who cares when there were no customs charge. the packaging said that it was shipped from guernsey (or jersey - can't remember which) and that the customs charge had been paid. Looks like i'm ordering a few more box sets off cd-wow!
