Cheap 25" TV, required

Hoping someone can help
I am looking for a cheap (<£230) 25" TV for my parents (xmas gift). I would like the TV to have Nicam, 2 scarts.

The best i have found is a THOMSON 25DG17UG from Comet for £229.99, but has only 1 scart. Does or can anyone recommend any others

Now, obviously this would appear to be out of your price range, but interestingly enough storeplus let you sign-up for your own FREE internet store (fully hosted by them!) which qualifies you for up to 75% of the profit margin on any products sold/purchased by you in the form of commission. The whole process takes approx 10 mins (I know, because my wife has her own store with them!). ...and you COULD get this TV for as little as £211 delivered this way. Just a thought. It's certainly a better TV than the Thomson!
