Can anybody out there help me. Relation has an e-machines pc, she is using AOL 8.0 at the moment but wants to change ISP provider. I have set up a new dial up connection but when i attempt to connect via this new connection it won't work (fails to see the modem). Is AOL blocking new connections on this PC?.
