DVDsoon > Customs charges???

After putting off the Looney Toons for far too long i went for it and purchased it from DVDsoon (http://www.dvdsoon.com/index.xml?partner_id=10040) knowing from past purchases that they are customs friendly and usually down mark the price (or something) to avoid attention.

I got a royal mail slip on my door today... £8 customs charges! :mad: Why? I noticed there was different shipping options to my previous order...

they stopped marking down the prices at the end of last year. I've been caught 3 times so far. All for dvd's that cost £20 and ending up paying £8 extra. However the $80 cdn I received yesterday didn't get touched.

Its all hit and miss at mount unpleasant.

Thank god i havent been hit yet, but if you add up all the savings all year i don't mind getting hit once or twice

I was informed by staff at my local Royal Mail Office that Customs are currently paying particular attention to packages coming into the country from Canada.
