How Do You Keep Track Of Episodes/Series You've Watched?

As title really, I'm just a little curious? Mucking around once, I decided to copy and paste the entire "Episode List" from TV Tome (for Buffy) into Excel to see how it would turn out. Once I unwrapped the text and cleaned it up a little, it looked quite nice and I could just highlight the episodes I had seen, and tell easily which ones I needed to catch up on. But also, when you click on the relevant episode, it acts as a link taking you directly to the episode page at TVTome. :clap:

I'll stick one up in my Webspace when Blueyonder starts working again. I know it's a bit :dork: But it's useful for stuff like CSI to see which ones you've missed and be able to catch up on LivingTV or whatever, plus I'd go mad if I knew I'd missed an episode of my favourite show but didn't which one, lol.

I use TV Tome mostly as they are the most reliable.
Sky Digital are pretty good about having episode names listed in the EPG so I just check those against the tome lists if I'm not sure if I've seen it - like you say Sandeep it's especially useful for CSI repeats on Living TV!

fort he shows i care to even rememner to watch it, thats what i do, remember to watch them. As for the ones i sometimes forget, they don't bother me at all.

well with sky managaging to mangle the listings of 24, i have managed to watch a few episodes tiwce, and its only been half waay through, i have thought, hang on, i've seen this.

But usually, if i want to know what episode i am on, i look at what i have clicked on in the episode list at the top of the tv forum, that keeps me in line.

Well.. I don't really find that hard to remember if I've seen an episode of something or not. Usually I'll read the synopsis and that's enough, or I'll watch the first few minutes to decide.

I actually realised that 2 seconds after I posted it. :lol: Come to think of it, the only show I miss from time to time that I want to catch up on later is CSI. So I wouldn't really need to keep track of anything else. Ah well, if nothing this thread has enlightened me to my own stupidity. :brickwall
