View Full Version : Kelis 'Trick me' is the single same version as on album?
I'm fed up of buying an album and finding the tracks released as singles are different mixes. So, before I pick up Kelis' "Tasty" does anyone know for sure that the single of 'Trick me' is the same mix as the album version?
cheers :)

if im honest, the two singles released are my least favourites tracks on the album.
my favourites being,
both Raphael Saadiq tracks - Glow and Attention

I actually thought Tasty was quite disappointing (with the exception of a couple of tracks) after her last 2 albums. Unfortunately, she just doesn't sound as good without the Neptunes (and they don't sound as good without her).
Well I picked up "Tasty" and gotta say I love it. "Keep it down" is my favourite track I think
Just what I want to be listening to right about now.
Thanks for the pre-buying help folks :)

Yeah, "Trick Me" is a great track - the drums are brilliant. Remixes by Artificial Intelligence, Adam Freeland, Mac & Toolz (who did the N*E*R*D "She Wants To Move" Mix) and E-Smoove (best one IMO).
Me and Bill did a Remix too, but Virgin rejected it (bah). Oh well...you can take a quick listen here (Real Audio):
