My one turned up today in a normal amaray case.

Should it come in a thick cardboard case with a copy of the script?

Mine was just an amaray too, I think the outer case + book were a limited edition, although play haven't changed their picture

The box set that included the script book was a limited edition dubbed the "DVD Collector's Set". Presumably these have sold out and Play is now selling the Special Edition DVD on its own. Play is a bit naughty to still be showing the pack shot for the Collector's Edition though, even if the script book isn't listed amongst the special features.
