just wondering what everyone who got the region1 of shrek
won in the competition ?
i won ' small fries ' from burger king (yippeeee)
did anyone else have problems getting the rest of the sticker off ?
took me ages (and some dynamite !)
off now to book a cheap flight to canada to get me small fries :D

You could always sell the voucher on ebay for some ridiculous amount....sure someone would buy it!

Fries for me & 20 minutes of extreme frustration trying all sorts of known liquids to get the glue off my case (think mines an Amaray "clone") WD40 finally did the business for me ...
Anyone know a tip for getting WD40 off your fingers :D

Yup, they call him the Amaray Pimp and he's doing nicley out of the Shrek sticker 'fiasco...' ;)

In fact I bet he hopes ALL DVD's from now untill the end of time come with stickers on the front! ;)

Fries (small) and a sticky case .... any suggestions apart from wd40 and lighter fluid as to what's best for cleaning this up!!!:confused:

Use some sellotape and put it on the 'sticky bits'. Peel it away and the glue will come with it. You might need to do this quite a few times to get rid of it all but it works.

I could, but the postage makes it rather uneconomical. eg a single double would be over two quid. :/

Is this "free fries" thing depend on you buying something first?
If not, why not give the vouchers to someone who's going to the states, as that way, at least someone will get something out of them?

I wish it was an Amaray case. Instead, it is a horrible, flimsy affair that won't last two minutes before the second disc holder snaps off. :mad:
