Any1 know which region is best ?

I would say region 1 because it has three different versions of the film. R2 has the extra scences as deleted scenes, but are not in the movie itself, R1 has them in the right place. but both are uncut (first time in britain!).

The other major difference is that the Region One version is on one DVD-18 disc (or was when it was originally released). Also, the tin packaging and cover artwork differ.
