Best opticians

I need my eyes tested and thought I might get some designer glasses. Who are the best for offers at the moment? Ideally I would like an offer where you buy some glasses and get a pair of prescription sunglasses free.

Specsavers are offering designer sunglasses for £99 and an offer of buying some glasses and getting some sunglasses free but I don't think designer labels are included in the offer.
