[XB] Ghost Recon, how does it compare to Rainbow Six 3 ?

I'm currently playing (and loving) RS3 on the XB. When I've finished it I'm thinking of getting Ghost Recon, how does it compare to RS3 ? Obviously you don't issue voice commands but is it a similar game in terms of play / atmosphere ?

you got more control over your team, you can split them up into 2's and send them off onto waypoints.

I found GR a lot harder than R6. Both damn fine games though. GR was more of a challenge and was a bit more tactical.

Don't get GR for online play though, I find it nearly impossible to ever get a game :(
