has anyone tried contactin there support ...30 to 50 mins on a 0871 number....bad news tried several times cant get through..sales easy to get but they will not help
Does anyone know exactly how much of a backhander they get from BT when someone uses an 0871 number ? I know it's more than they get from 0870.

Well, it costs customers 10p per minute (both on peak and off peak) to call an 0871 number (compared with national rate for 0870) so I presume that they would pick up slightly more commission per minute (perhaps 2.5p per minute?)

Good luck. Their support is up there with scan and ebuyer unfortunately. Great prices, and when something goes wrong you can often see where they are saving money from. :(
i have never had a problem contacting overclockers support by phone, they usually answer straightaway. i have sent goods to be repaired back tp them 3 times now & always received a replacement within 1 week. have always got through nearly immediatley on the phone too.

Overclockers suck ass crack, IMO.
I had nothing but trouble with them over a faulty PSU - in the end I flogged it on eBay for a small loss rather than deal with their CS anymore. I'll never use them again.
If you search, you might be able to find the thread I started while I was having the problems.
I've never ever given a bad feedback about an e-tailer before, but after using them for over 2 years, I've decided that I'm not going to buy from them anymore. The customer service has really dropped.
The last order I made took nearly 2 months to deliver! One of the many problems they have is that they don't tell you if an item is back-ordered, when it clearly was in stock the time of placing the order. IMHO, I'd rather pay a couple of quid more for a speedier delivery and better customer support.
