Had a problem with two boxed sets, when I opened them, the disks were scratched to hell.Buffy Season 7 and The Definitive Evil Dead Trilogy, ok the Evil dead was cheap, but when you pay £55 for a set, you do expect the disks to be in decent condition, and not looking like they've been played on a sander, or covered in greasy prints and scratches.Returned them, got replacements sent out.
Now, the replacements are damaged, and I've still not received postage refunds for the first lot...I'm not overly impressed with this turn of events, I've ordered loads from them, but just recently, they've been a bit slack with the returns.
Anyone else had these problems?
