Ordered a phone 7th April which they claimed was in stock on their website, and they duly took my money on the 8th. Everything seemed ok for their next day delivery which they promised, but nothing arrived. Called them after the holidays, they said they had no more in stock, but expected some that day and i would get my phone on Wednesday so i left it at that. Nothing has arrived even by now, Saturday morning and they have not answered an email i sent them yesterday.
Now call me unreasonable, but a company should not be taking monies out your account when they know they don't have the product in stock, then they can't even be bothered contacting me and after i contact them they advise wrongly again and don't follow up with any contact to advise otherwise.
Anyone know if these guys are a proper outfit? :(
