Theres a shop in Cambridge which sells them. GameXchange or something. They do have a fairly shocking website but the shop is pretty good.
check out the for sale forums over at http://ntsc-uk.domino.org/index.php
plenty of reputable traders there.
http://www.videogameimports.com have them, brought my Turbo Duo from them a few days ago (boxed, mint condition, rgb modified, colour booster and with a cd game). They only seem to have expensive bundles left at the moment but you could always call them to see if they are getting any more in.
The US Turbo Duo is normally cheaper than the Japanese PC Engine Duo, but the US model is slightly easier to modify to make it universal. US version just needs a hucard switch added, the Japanese version needs this and a pin on one of the chips needs to be lifted to make it universal.
vgi also have accessories like the arcade card which will be needed if you plan to get any of the pc engine arcade cd games.
Ok, thanks for your input guys. Cant the US and JAP version play both region CD based games though, no mod needed??

How much would you want for it?
