Well, after the first trilogy grossed over 75 posts, this sequel was inevitable, even though the last part wasn't that successful, bringing in weak 12 replies. Here is another stab at this dying franchise.

Recap:
Hey all, I know how everyone likes to share/tell what new DVDs they're getting so I've decided to continue this series of threads, one for each week, where we all can post what new releases we're buying this upcoming Monday/Tuesday and see which ones are more popular.

Here are mine, including my dive into the laserdisc world and a trial buy of first volumes of two tv series, Total Recall 2070 & The Hunger:

Region 1

The Hunger: Vampires

Region 2

Region 4
Stargate SG-1: Volumes 2-7 (Complete Season Two)

Laserdiscs
Finally broke and bought an LD player, Sony MDP-455, in like new condition for $110 in its original box with Svideo and optical out, etc. Then went on a crazed spree getting my hands on those Not-On-DVD titles, some of which are:

Star Wars Trilogy: The Definitive Collection (9 CAV Widescreen LDs, 18 Sides, original versions, not the butchered CGI ones, includes behind the scenes making of doc, theatrical trailers, a huge book, and more)
Indiana Jones Trilogy Widescreen
Back to the Future Trilogy Widescreen
Short Cuts Criterion
Blade Runner Criterion CAV Widescreen Theatrical Cut
Schindler's List SE Box Set
Regarding Henry
Oscar
Gremlins 2
Head Above Water
Once Upon a Crime
Destiny Turns on the Radio
etc...
I know Schindler's List and Short Cuts are coming out on DVD in 2002, but screw it, I can't wait anymore.

So, what have you all got? Anyone getting Swordfish, heh.
