Most Haunted team follow the story of the most notorious name in the history of English witchcraft, Matthew Hopkins was commonly known as "The Witchfinder General".

The live ones can be good or bad
The last one a spoon was thrown at yvette (someone from the crew more than likely but still funny)
The orbs are piece of dust, an insect, a spider, a water droplet and according to some the beginning of a spirit manifestation.:D

Word on the grapevine is Phil Wyman has left the show to do "other" stuff.

Why don't they put the skeptic with Yvette and Derek??
They should at least do three hours per show...
Three quarters of tonites show were just them in the studio messing around with models and wittering on about anything and everything.
Would have been better if they had that historian filling us in alot more on the background...he's really good, seen him on a few Whitechapel murder documentries...he always seems to know alot and is really good at 'bringing the events to life' so to speak.
I'm the worst kind of skeptic, one that would like to believe. Sadly the show tonite left me bored and a bit mystified as to why they bothered.
An interesting subject ruined.

Tuesday nights Croxteth Hall episode has Matthew Smith going around with them. Should be fun :)
I think these live events really do spoil the Most Haunted name, the regular investigations to me seem so much better done whereas these live ones are just hyping the whole thing up.
I didnt watch the last one, so the spoon thing was new to me tonight, looks good, but the way the show is done and the way the sceptic bloke gets shot down lets it down.
I think the live show investigation should last all night like a regular show but also have it on tv during the night (ala Big Brother) maybe using interactive to flick thru cameras of different teams, they should take it more seriously rather than just playing up to the crowd. Not that i'd watch it all night or anything, but it just seems to me that on the regular show, nearly everything happens after midnight anyway, so surely they'd have a better chance of catching something happening?
All these live shows do for me, is push me to being more sceptical and since they are happening more often, i'm becoming more and more sceptical on the whole subject.

That was a one off, the group i'm with are off to St James's Cemetery in liverpool, Craig y nos and Maes Artro WWII museum in may followed by Station Hotel in dudley,castle keep in newcastle and woodchester mansion in november.
We are trying to sort a few other places out as well.

I missed last nights, but caught the end credits. What was the deal with the guy being quizzed over the spoon?
Was there a delay because from what I saw he seemed very cagey about answering the "did you throw the spoon" question.

If any body has a couple of tickets they would like to sell for sunday's (11 / 04) event then I would gladly buy them today for the right price and as long as your not to far away. I have read the reviews and I know what your saying but I would still like to go for the experience.

Just wondering if there is anyone from Cornwall here who goe's on 'Ghost-Nights' or something of the same sort? Any in the Plymouth area would be fine also.
Also,anyone ever had any ghost experiences, used a ouija board or held a sceance(sp?)?
The place I'm currently living at is reputed to be haunted. Its constantly freezing cold regardless of us turning up the heating,every week at least one bulb fuses (I wouldn't mind but its normally the same bulb in the hallway and I'm always replacing it with a brand new just out of the packet one, Dya think I need to try a different brand?)...
Am curious and would love to 'see' a ghost...but I think I would die of fright if I did :o

Last I heard Derek kicked Yvette and drove off in a car possesed. :nuts:
What I thought was strange was the fact that "Francis" the person he got "possesed" by was actually a woman, Not a man as he made out. :suspect:
I've just got back managing the latest 'MHL'.
It will be the last one I am doing as a different production company will be producing the live events from now on. Expect to see loads of changes for the June Live Event.
I've had great fun working on such a load of nonsense. I will miss working with a great team of people and facing the chellenge of keeping the thing on air for 3 1/2 hours a night.
It never failed to amaze me how many people took the whole thing seriously. The fans queing up every night are quite frankly bonkers. :nuts:
I missed out on the 'possession' sweepstake by about 35mins. :mad: :D

I was on the fence until this live Event now i think it's a complete act
It's not faked. It least not by production.
Whether Derek is for real or not is up to you to decide - I have no idea.

So who's taking over, it can't be a bad thing as it's been poor since they went to 3 nights.
Why cant they do 1 night events again?
It brings in big ratings for Living so they obviously want to do as many nights as they can. 1.2m on Friday night, beating CH4 and 5. Thats amazingly good for a non terrestrial channel.
Don't want to say who's doing the next one as a don't know if it's common knowledge yet. I haven't been asked back though. :(

Oh and have you any idea why they use that ghastly Ian Lawman on the normal episodes, he's terrible.
