Code Unknown / Code Inconnu - Any Good?

I've been struggling to find out any information on the film Code Inconnu (uk title Code Unknown) - the official website is no use, and neither is IMDB :(

I remember hearing some good things about it a while ago but can't remember where - I have it on pre-order at Play for the time being.

Is the film any good does anyone know?

Is the UK R2 better than the French R2, or is it available on R1 and is it better?

The French Release was reviewed by Noel M here (http://www.dvdtimes.org.uk/index.cgi?page=Review&id=254&story=2111).

the 5:1 sound was lost on the Uk release but there is a commentary that wasn't on the French release...
So the UK release may be more worthwhile...

I've got the French release and it's pretty good - but I recommend you make sure you're going to enjoy the film before buying it... it's quite demanding to watch and requires a lot of work on the audience's side... I thought it was quite interesting though but I like off-beat films... Anyway read Noel's synopsis which I think is quite a good summing up and see if you still want to get it... But in case you hate it, there's still Juliette Binoche to look at;)
