I know how knowledgeable you folks are so I'm after a spot of advice on choosing a home cinema amp. I have a max budget of £700 (though I'd prefer to spend a little less). I've narrowed it down to these models:
Pioneer VSX-859RDS (£400)
Yamaha DSP-AX2 (£600)
Denon AVR-3802 (£630)
The best value for the spec seems to be the Pioneer - fantastic value, but is it the weakest? Everyone seems to rave about the Denon, argh Im in quandry.
Any advice/suggestions really welcome right now, :)

I bougt one last week and it is a substantial piece of kit. It Supports DD/DTS/ both at ES level and is THX certified. It can support 7.1 Speakers. So until I grow an third ear its good enought for me.
I have only tested this with some crappy speakers (I am waiting on the speakers I also ordered with it).
Here is a good link for it.
It got a fourstar rating in homecinemachoice
