Advice on Correcting Overscan on JVC FR1EK 28" Widescreen TV

Anyone got any tips on this?

My JVC 28" FR1EK Widescreen TV overscans to the left in Anamorphic Widescreen.

How do I get into the service menu?
Any advice on how to correct the problem once in the service menu?

Press mute and i together to access service menu. Choose DEF and then adjust h-size and v-size (also maybe h-shift and v-shift) to centre it.
