Just set your video recorder to record whatever channel Sky is tuned into.

Or through your AV input on the video if you've connected through scart leads.

Sky out-> Video in,Video out-> T.V.in

If your sky box is connected to the video via a scart lead you need to make sure your video is recording of the scart socket.

Usually you have the option when setting up the recording on the video to pick either a channel number or something like AV which is your scart socket.

Hope this makes sense.

Beaten to it :o

As 'damell' ment , you can do it without a scart lead if need be. The qaulity will probably be a little worse/not stereo (may be wrong there).

Anyhow daisy chain them, i.e.

TV ariel -> Sky box RF ariel in (as probably is already)
Sky RF out -> video RF in
video RF out -> TV RF in

You then need to tune a spare cannel on your video player into the Sky digibox the same way as you would any TV channel.

yeah, select the programme in the planner and press the red button (simple answer) Obviously need your video connected to the sky box (like above) either via scart or through the telly.
