Hi guys

can i pls pick your brains?

basicaly i was wondering the reg 0 tartan dvd of la haine............
..Are the subtitles in english or american english like the reg 1 version!

as the US version has deleted all swear words and has also changed one of the central characters names in the sub's!

which is terrible!

i am looking to buy the reg 0 version but would like to know if the sub's are 100% genuine?

can anyone help at all?

I don't know whether the Tartan releases subtitles are American English or not but it is hard to read, I only saw the start of the film but the subtitles do not have a black border and can be bleached out on a white background, you're best to go for the French release.

the tartan release is terrible - picture is awful & the subtitles are almost unreadable

there is a korean version as well as the french version
