Widescreen tvs

Having missed out on a couple of 28" widescreen tele's on the sky buy site I now feel I should look elsewhere.
Budget means I would prefer a tv which was last season or a good quality budget model. I have dts surround so I'm not to bothered about sound and not really caring about fancy functions either just want an excellent picture.
Have you got a tv which your happy with and has fallen in price or seen any good deals on your web travels?

Have you had a look on www.tesco.com they seem to have some good prices
