Does anyone know whether any cartoons like this are going to be released on to DVD in their entirety considering the influx of nostalgic things at present?
eg Scooby Doo, Captain Caveman, Wacky Races......

I understand they are filming Scooby Doo as we speak. I think Sarah Michelle Gellar is playing Daphne.

If they ever make Penelope Pitstop into a film, I think Nicole Kidman would be a good choice for the lead role. (I used to have a massive crush on Penelope Pitstop when I was knee-high to a grasshopper. But I'm over it now. Honest...ahem...) ;)

I don't think thats what Xenole meant - although there can never be enough mention of my wife round here!!

I'd like to see some of those 'toons released - my VHS has worn out in the most part! I'd especially like to see Wacky Races......'Professor Pat Pending in the Converter-car'......a class cartoon!

Aparantly Warner's don't think there's enough demand to release all there Cartoons on DVD! :rolleyes:

I can kind of understand them ignoring Hong Kong Phoey, Captain Caveman etc.. ( what these shows on Digital telly and you'll see that they are nowhere near as good as you remember them. ) but to say there's no demand for Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and all the other Looney Tunes is bit crazy.
