Simpsons R1 not playing on RealMagic Hollywood Plus?

Is anyone else having this problem? It just sticks after the second FBI warning card and refuses to do anything on my brother's machine with a RealMagic Hollywood Plus.

It works fine on my PowerDVD 3.0, so it's not a defective disc.

I've watched all the episodes or the R1 set with my Hollywood +, no problems at all....

me too. It does work A1OK on my system, but I have heard reports of serious problems from others. I am using the latest drivers from the web site.. but they are beta versions. Such fun
