I just got my Toshiba Television of John Lewis. And I really like it, if the tube would be ok. It seems that Toshiba has delivered JL today 2 tubes which hang on the left side about 5 cm down. So all pictures are looking really horrible. Only the 1:1.85 aranophobic pictures are ok, otherwise you cannot watch anything else. Did anyone else have this problem too. Do they have to give me a new TV or can this be fixed???
I am really annoyed because I was really looking forward watching Star Wars Episode 1. Now I have to wait till they fix this problem.
