I also wouldn't call entrapment a spy film, or the rock but thats IMHO of course

I guess after the collapse of the USSR, the genre has taken a bit of a dive. A few spy, or spy-related, films that come to mind are:

The Saint
The Man who knew too little
MI-2
Ronin
